حذف حساب اوفر بلاي

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت. الأسرع أن تحذفه من داخل التطبيق، ويمكنك أيضًا طلب الحذف بالبريد إذا لم يعد التطبيق عندك.

الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق (فوري)

افتح اوفر بلاي وادخل إلى حسابك.
اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي ← الإعدادات.
اضغط حذف الحساب في أسفل الصفحة، ثم أكّد مرتين.

إذا كنت تدخل بحساب Apple، يطلب منك iPhone تأكيدًا إضافيًا لإلغاء ربط التطبيق بحسابك في Apple.

الطريقة 2: بالبريد الإلكتروني (دون التطبيق)

أرسل رسالة إلى support@getoverplay.com بعنوان "طلب حذف حساب"، واذكر فيها:

معرّف حسابك العام (ID) إن كنت تعرفه، واسمك الظاهر في التطبيق.
طريقة الدخول: رقم الجوال، أو Apple، أو Google، أو Facebook، أو X.
رقم الجوال المرتبط بالحساب، أو البريد إذا كنت تدخل عبر Google.

قد نطلب منك ما يثبت ملكيتك للحساب قبل حذفه، حتى لا يحذف أحد حساب غيره. ننفذ الطلب خلال 30 يومًا كحد أقصى، ونرسل لك تأكيدًا بالبريد.

ما الذي يُحذف

رقم الجوال، والبريد، ومعرّفات حسابات الدخول، والاسم.
الملف الشخصي: الصورة والنبذة واسم المستخدم. ويُستبدل الاسم بـ"حساب محذوف" ويُعطى الحساب معرّفًا عامًا جديدًا لا يرتبط بك.
كل ملفاتك المرفوعة: صور الدردشة، وأغلفة الغرف، والموسيقى، ومرفقات البلاغات.
الرسائل الخاصة، وتُحذف المحادثة كاملة للطرفين.
المتابعات والأصدقاء والحظر، وعضويات الغرف والعوائل، والإشعارات، وحالة الاتصال، وقائمة "لاعبون مؤخرًا".
رموز الإشعارات وجلسات الدخول على كل أجهزتك.
رصيد الجواهر والعملات المتبقي، ولا يُسترجع.
سجل الدخول لدى مزود المصادقة (Google Firebase)، خلال 30 يومًا.

ما الذي يبقى دون ما يعرّف بك

تبقى بعض السجلات مرتبطة بمعرّف داخلي لا يحمل اسمك ولا رقمك ولا بريدك، لأننا نحتاجها لأغراض محاسبية ونظامية ولمنع الاحتيال، أو لأنها جزء من نتائج لاعبين آخرين:

سجلات المشتريات وحركات المحفظة والهدايا.
نتائج المباريات والترتيب وسجلات المنافسات.
نصوص البلاغات وطلبات الدعم، بعد فصل اسمك وبريدك عنها.

وتبقى نسخ من البيانات في النسخ الاحتياطية حتى 5 أسابيع تقريبًا، ثم تُحذف تلقائيًا.

قبل أن تحذف

الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. إذا عدت لاحقًا تبدأ بحساب جديد.
حذف حساب اوفر بلاي لا يحذف حسابك لدى Apple أو Google أو Facebook أو X، فهي حسابات مستقلة لدى تلك الجهات.
حذف التطبيق من جوالك وحده لا يحذف حسابك.

Delete your Over Play account

You can delete your account and data at any time. The quickest way is inside the app. If you no longer have the app, you can request deletion by email.

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

Open Over Play and sign in.
Go to Profile → Settings.
Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm twice.

If you sign in with Apple, your iPhone asks for one more confirmation to disconnect the app from your Apple Account.

Option 2: by email (without the app)

Email support@getoverplay.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include:

Your public account ID if you know it, and your display name in the app.
How you sign in: phone number, Apple, Google, Facebook or X.
The phone number linked to the account, or your email if you sign in with Google.

We may ask you to prove the account is yours before deleting it, so no one can delete someone else's account. We complete requests within 30 days at most and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your phone number, email, sign-in account identifiers and name.
Your profile: photo, bio and username. The name becomes "Deleted account" and the account gets a new public ID that isn't linked to you.
All your uploaded files: chat images, room covers, music and report attachments.
Direct messages. The whole conversation is deleted for both sides.
Follows, friends and blocks, room and family memberships, notifications, online status and the "recent players" list.
Push tokens and sign-in sessions on all your devices.
Any remaining gem and coin balance, which is not refunded.
Your sign-in record with our authentication provider (Google Firebase), within 30 days.

What is kept without identifying you

Some records stay linked to an internal ID that carries no name, phone number or email, because we need them for accounting, legal and fraud-prevention purposes, or because they're part of other players' results:

Purchase records, wallet transactions and gifts.
Match results, rankings and competition records.
The text of reports and support requests, with your name and email removed.

Copies stay in backups for about 5 weeks, then are deleted automatically.

Before you delete

Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. If you come back later, you start with a new account.
Deleting your Over Play account doesn't delete your Apple, Google, Facebook or X account; those are separate accounts with those companies.
Uninstalling the app alone doesn't delete your account.
