اوفر بلاي مكان للسوالف واللعب مع الأصدقاء. هذه القواعد تنطبق على الصوت والدردشة والرسائل الخاصة والصور وأسماء الغرف والملفات الشخصية والألعاب. وهي جزء من شروط الاستخدام.

الممنوعات

التحرش والتنمر: الإهانة، والسب، والملاحقة، والتهديد، والضغط على أحد لإرسال صور أو معلومات أو هدايا.
الكراهية والتمييز: الإساءة لأحد بسبب دينه أو أصله أو جنسيته أو قبيلته أو جنسه أو إعاقته.
المحتوى الجنسي: أي محتوى أو حديث أو صور جنسية أو خادشة للحياء، أو طلبها.
استغلال الأطفال: ممنوع منعًا باتًا، ونبلّغ الجهات المختصة عنه. راجع معايير سلامة الأطفال.
العنف والخطر: التهديد بالعنف، والتشجيع على إيذاء النفس أو الآخرين، والإرهاب والتطرف.
المحتوى غير النظامي: المخدرات، والأسلحة، والقمار بمال حقيقي، وكل ما يخالف أنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية أو يمس النظام العام والآداب العامة.
الاحتيال: بيع الجواهر أو الحسابات أو العناصر خارج التطبيق، ووعود الربح، والروابط المشبوهة، وانتحال شخصية أحد، ومنها انتحال فريق اوفر بلاي.
الخصوصية: نشر معلومات أحد الشخصية (رقمه أو عنوانه أو صوره) دون إذنه، أو تسجيل الغرف ونشرها دون موافقة الحاضرين.
الإزعاج والإغراق: تكرار الرسائل، والإعلانات، والدعوات غير المرغوبة.
الغش: البرامج الآلية، واستغلال الأخطاء، والتلاعب بالألعاب أو الترتيب أو الهدايا، والحسابات المتعددة للتحايل.
حقوق الآخرين: رفع موسيقى أو صور لا تملك حق استخدامها.

كيف تبلّغ أو تحظر

داخل الغرفة: اضغط على العضو ثم "الحظر والإبلاغ"، واختر "إبلاغ" واكتب ما حدث، أو "حظر" لإخفاء رسائله وإنهاء التواصل معه.
من الملف الشخصي: الملف الشخصي ← المساعدة والتقارير ← بلاغ جديد. ويمكنك إرفاق صور أو مقطع فيديو.
بالبريد: support@getoverplay.com مع معرّف العضو (ID) واسم الغرفة إن وُجد.

تبقى بلاغاتك سرية، ولا يعرف المبلَّغ عنه من أبلغ. يمكنك مراجعة من حظرتهم وإلغاء الحظر من: الملف الشخصي ← أصدقائي ← القائمة السوداء.

ماذا نفعل بالبلاغات

نراجع البلاغات خلال 24 ساعة، ونقدّم بلاغات سلامة الأطفال والتهديد بالخطر على غيرها.
بحسب جسامة المخالفة وتكرارها: حذف المحتوى، أو الإنذار، أو تقييد الميزات (مثل الكتابة أو المايك أو إنشاء الغرف)، أو الإيقاف المؤقت، أو الإيقاف النهائي للحساب.
المخالفات الجسيمة، مثل استغلال الأطفال والتهديد الجدي، تؤدي إلى الإيقاف النهائي فورًا وإبلاغ الجهات المختصة.
العناصر التي حُصل عليها بالاحتيال أو الغش تُحذف.

أصحاب الغرف والمشرفون

لصاحب الغرفة ومشرفيه أدوات لإدارة الغرفة: الكتم المؤقت، والطرد، والحظر من الغرفة، وقفل المايكات، والرمز السري. استخدمها بعدل، ولا تسمح بالمخالفات في غرفتك. الغرف التي تتكرر فيها المخالفات قد نغلقها.

Community Guidelines

Over Play is a place to hang out and play with friends. These rules apply to voice, chat, direct messages, images, room names, profiles and games. They are part of the Terms of Use.

Not allowed

Harassment and bullying: insults, abuse, stalking, threats, or pressuring anyone to send photos, information or gifts.
Hate and discrimination: attacking anyone for their religion, origin, nationality, tribe, gender or disability.
Sexual content: any sexual or indecent content, talk or images, or asking for them.
Child exploitation: strictly prohibited and reported to the authorities. See our Child Safety Standards.
Violence and danger: threats of violence, encouraging self-harm or harm to others, terrorism and extremism.
Illegal content: drugs, weapons, real-money gambling, and anything that breaks the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or offends public order and morals.
Fraud: selling gems, accounts or items outside the app, promises of profit, suspicious links, and impersonating anyone, including the Over Play team.
Privacy: sharing someone's personal information (number, address or photos) without permission, or recording and sharing rooms without the consent of the people in them.
Spam: repeated messages, advertising and unwanted invitations.
Cheating: bots, exploiting bugs, manipulating games, rankings or gifts, and multiple accounts to get around rules.
Others' rights: uploading music or images you don't have the right to use.

How to report or block

In a room: tap the member, then "Block and report". Choose "Report" and describe what happened, or "Block" to hide their messages and end contact.
From your profile: Profile → Help and reports → New report. You can attach images or a video.
By email: support@getoverplay.com with the member's ID and the room name if relevant.

Reports are confidential; the reported person isn't told who reported them. You can review and unblock people under Profile → My friends → Block list.

What we do with reports

We review reports within 24 hours, with child-safety and threat reports first.
Depending on how serious and repeated the violation is: removing content, a warning, restricting features (such as chat, mic or creating rooms), a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban.
Severe violations, such as child exploitation and credible threats, lead to an immediate permanent ban and a report to the authorities.
Items obtained through fraud or cheating are removed.

Room owners and moderators

Room owners and their moderators have tools to run the room: temporary mute, kick, room ban, seat locks and a PIN. Use them fairly and don't allow violations in your room. Rooms with repeated violations may be closed.
