معايير سلامة الأطفال

يمنع اوفر بلاي منعًا باتًا أي شكل من أشكال الاستغلال أو الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAE)، ومنه مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال (CSAM). هذه معاييرنا وطريقة تطبيقها.
1. العمر
اوفر بلاي مخصص لمن عمره 18 عامًا فأكثر. أي حساب يتبين أنه لشخص أصغر نحذفه.
2. ما نمنعه
- أي محتوى جنسي يتعلق بقاصر، بأي شكل: صوت أو نص أو صورة أو فيديو أو رابط.
- استدراج القاصرين أو محاولة التواصل معهم لأغراض جنسية.
- طلب صور أو معلومات شخصية من قاصر، أو ابتزازه، أو الضغط عليه.
- الترويج لاستغلال الأطفال أو تطبيعه أو نشر روابط لمثل هذا المحتوى.
3. كيف نطبق ذلك
- نحذف المحتوى المخالف فور علمنا به، ونوقف الحساب المسؤول نهائيًا.
- نبلّغ الجهات المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية، والجهات الإقليمية أو الدولية المختصة عند الاقتضاء، ونتعاون معها ونحتفظ بالأدلة وفق النظام.
- نقدّم بلاغات سلامة الأطفال على كل البلاغات الأخرى.
- يملك كل مستخدم أدوات الحظر والإبلاغ داخل التطبيق، ويملك أصحاب الغرف أدوات الكتم والطرد والحظر.
4. كيف تبلّغ
- داخل التطبيق: اضغط على العضو في الغرفة ← "الحظر والإبلاغ" ← "إبلاغ"، أو الملف الشخصي ← المساعدة والتقارير ← بلاغ جديد.
- بالبريد: support@getoverplay.com واكتب في العنوان "بلاغ سلامة أطفال"، مع معرّف الحساب (ID) واسم الغرفة إن وُجد.
لا ترسل أو تعيد نشر أي صورة أو مقطع فيه اعتداء على طفل، ولو بغرض الإبلاغ. صِف ما رأيته واذكر مكانه فقط. وإذا كان هناك خطر مباشر على طفل، تواصل فورًا مع الجهات الأمنية.

Child Safety Standards
Effective date: 3 October 2026
Over Play strictly prohibits any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These are our standards and how we enforce them.
1. Age
Over Play is for people 18 years of age or older. We delete any account we find belongs to someone younger.
2. What we prohibit
- Any sexual content involving a minor, in any form: voice, text, image, video or link.
- Grooming minors or trying to contact them for sexual purposes.
- Asking a minor for photos or personal information, blackmailing them, or pressuring them.
- Promoting or normalising child exploitation, or sharing links to such content.
3. How we enforce it
- We remove violating content as soon as we know about it and permanently ban the account responsible.
- We report to the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to the relevant regional or international authorities where applicable, cooperate with them, and preserve evidence as the law requires.
- Child-safety reports are handled before all other reports.
- Every user has in-app block and report tools, and room owners have mute, kick and ban tools.
4. How to report
- In the app: tap the member in the room → "Block and report" → "Report", or Profile → Help and reports → New report.
- By email: support@getoverplay.com with "Child safety report" in the subject, the account ID and the room name if relevant.
Never send or re-share any image or video showing abuse of a child, even to report it. Describe what you saw and where. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police right away.
